Denture Dentists with an On-site Lab In Jacksonville

Featuring Custom Denture Options

We understand that selecting the right denture or dental implant solution is a significant decision. Factors such as tooth color and the choice of materials play a crucial role in crafting a natural-looking, confident smile. That’s why we take the time to ensure that our patients are delighted with the natural appearance of their new smile. We have several options when it comes to dentures, but our Elite Denture stands out! We use top quality materials from Ivoclar Vivadent to create a smile that not only looks genuine, but also lasts for years.

At Argyle Dental Center, we believe that having an on-site dental lab is a game changer. It enables us to deliver top-tier dental care efficiently, with unmatched precision, and ensures our patients leave with smiles they’re proud to share. We’ve been creating smiles all over Orange Park and Jacksonville!

Full and Partial Dentures

Of all of the denture types, full and partial sets are the most common. The name of each hints at the denture type of each. A full denture, for example, is used to replace an entire row of your teeth on either the top or bottom jaw.

You can even get a denture for the top and bottom to replace all of your teeth if necessary. This denture type is usually held in place with a dental-safe bonding gel and natural suction.

On the other hand, a partial denture is used to replace one tooth or a few teeth. This is a great option for people who still have remaining teeth to use as a support for the partial.

That said, there are a few options when it comes to partials. You can get traditional or flexible partials. Unlike a traditional partial, a flexible partial has a soft base that is bendable. As a result, it is easier for the partial to fit your mouth, which makes it more comfortable in general.

Implant-supported Dentures

Implant-supported dentures don’t need any extra help to stay put. They feature an overdenture that attaches to implants in the jawbone. These no-slip dentures offer enhanced security that makes smiling, chatting, laughing, and chewing comfortable and worry-free.

Dental implant dentures deliver impressive longevity. With proper care, the implants can provide a lifetime of service. Meanwhile, a quality overdenture, which is the piece that is visible when you smile and features faux teeth and gums, generally has a lifespan of 15 to 20 years. That’s noticeably longer than traditional dentures, which tend to have a lifespan of less than 10 years.
